Thursday morning, Mayor Harry Rilling, the Norwalk Police Department, Norwalk Fire Department, members of the Common Council and the community gathered in front of Norwalk City Hall to remember the vicitims of the September 11th terrorist attacks and the loss of nearly 3,000 lives including 14 members of of the Norwalk community.
