The Norwalk Registrar of voters is informing residents that incorrect voter information was sent out for Tuesday's Republican primary.
They say incorrect and out-of-date information on polling locations was sent out through John Federici's campaign, impacting republicans in District 142.
"It's a real problem for misinformation to get out right before an election, people can be going to polling places we don't even use and then be very confused as to where to go and then they'll be calling us," said Registrar of Voters Elections Administrator Stuart Wells.
Voters told to vote at Brookside School, the old district 142A, will actually vote at the new district 142A location, Fox Run School.
Voters told to vote at Fox Run School, the old District 142B will vote at the new location, Ponus Ridge School.
And voters told to vote at Silvermine School, the old District 142C, will actually vote at West Rocks School.
The district numbers were changed by the state legislature's redistricting effort, which took effect in 2012.
"We've put out 'No Voting Here' signs at Brookside and Silvermine, the two places that they are sending people to that are not in use."
